The Foundations Workbook has enough resources for you to work through the program on your own, however if you think that you would benefit from working through Foundations with a group, then the Foundations 8-week Group Workshop will give you the additional support you need to be successful.

Dates:
Introduction to the Foundations Program will be on Sunday, July 23, 2023.
Group sessions will be held via Zoom every Sunday in preparation for the upcoming week.
Meetings will be recorded and available to participants that are unable to make any of the meeting times.
One-on-one meetings will be scheduled at your convenience.
Final session will take place on Sunday, September 17, 2023.
We will meet via zoom each Sunday as you finish up your week. We will discuss accomplishments, strategize ways to overcome any obstacles that you come up against, and evaluate and modify your goals as needed. You will choose when you would like to schedule your one-on-one consultation. It might be helpful to go through the goal setting process together, which will determine the daily actions that you will be taking every day. Or you might prefer to save that consultation for a time when you are struggling with motivation or come up against an obstacle that you want individual help overcoming - that choice is up to you.
Cost:
